TURKEY DAY 2011

For Thanksgiving we decided to head out to Bryson City, North Carolina and spend the holiday in the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. We met up with some friends, the Piepgrass family.
We stayed in a great little cabin and had a great time RELAXING.
Ben and P$
Exploring around outside the cabin.
Next year we'll have to make it out earlier for the leaves.
Claire modeling infront of our cabin.
Hiking... the weather was beautiful.
Me with Bens and Claire. I don't know what it was this trip but Benson and Claire really hated looking at the camera.
THANKSGIVING DINNER!
It actually turned out alright... it was a good first experience. Turkey breast in a crockpot can't go wrong though...

There

We went to Dillsboro NC... TINY town. Really cute with lots of antique shops. Benson and Claire sick of pictures again.
At the General Store...And with Mike and Petrea Piepgrass right before leaving.

The BiltmoreWe "stopped by" to see the Biltmore... thought we could catch a glimpse of it (see below) but it would cost us $200 for our family just to see it. Sooooo I took a picture of the entrance.
It was LAME!
Maybe someday we can afford to go there!

My brother on his mission just went to the Biltmore the other day! He said some members gave them tickets though. It looks pretty!

Seems wonderful! I'll have to get more info on the cabin - looks super cute. Biltmore estate is totally worth it - you should do it someday. :)
